How to Order
Once you have determined your product selection from our online liquor store, you can place your order with us over the phone at 0111 220 066, 0700 111 011 and 0708 023 166, or on WhatsApp at +254 111 220 066.

We will confirm your order and your intended payment method. We accept cash, M-PESA and card payments (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), and we will send our rider with a card machine if required.

We offer delivery within Westlands, Parklands, Spring Valley, Kileleshwa, Kilimani, Muthaiga, Runda, Gigiri, Nyari, Rosslyn, Kitisuru, Loresho, Kyuna, Lower Kabete, Upper Hill and Lavington. Delivery fee to be confirmed at the time of order. Please contact us to enquire about deliveries outside of these areas.
Visit Us
Vintage Liquor & Wine is located on the first floor of Unga House, on Muthithi Road, Westlands. You can visit us in person, or arrange collection of your order via your own preferred rider or delivery service.

Terms & Conditions
Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your order and we aim to ensure that all products supplied to customers arrive in perfect condition. If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within 24 hours of delivery. However, we will only arrange collection or reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error, or where the items were damaged or defective. Any products must be returned to us in the same condition as they were delivered. Please note that if you are exchanging a product that is more than the value of the replacement product, we will refund the difference via your original payment method. If you are exchanging a product that is less than the value of the replacement product, additional payment will be required. Upon exchanging a product, you will be liable to pay a new delivery charge where applicable. All refunds will be paid within 24 hours of receiving the returned product(s).

Returning Items
You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless the items being returned were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective. You are responsible for any damages sustained prior to the products being accepted at our shop.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order with us at any time prior to delivery. To do so, you must inform us in writing that you are cancelling the order.

Changes to Your Order
Should you wish to amend your order, you are able to do so if it has not already been processed.
