Originally crafted as Wild Turkey 81 by the associate distiller Eddie Russell, the son of master distiller Jimmy Russell, Wild Turkey Bourbon is aged in American White Oak barrels with the deepest No. 4 alligator heavy char. The result is huge flavour and complexity, with notes of vanilla, caramel, honey, orange, toffee, cinnamon and coffee. A Kentucky Straight bourbon that is full and rich, whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks or with a mixer.
