This whiskey opens with honeyed pear and apple strudel, layered with vanilla cream, baked citrus peel and a subtle sulphur note, while mezcal’s earthy smoke lingers alongside dried herbs and roasted pineapple. On the palate, raisin and marmalade sweetness meet green chilli spice, roasted agave, cocoa nibs, toasted oak and candied ginger. The finish is long and complex, leaving pepper warmth, leathery spice, drying oak, and a final wisp of smoke.
