Named in honour of the elders in the community of Rothes, the Speyside location of The Glenrothes distillery, the Elders’ Reserve is matured in both American bourbon and Spanish oak barrels. Aromas of tropical mango, apples, vanilla, ginger and toffee lead into flavours of nutmeg, vanilla, dried fruit, coffee and citrus then finish with lingering, spicy oak. A deep and interesting single malt.
