This whisky is part of the Soleo collection, a series paying homage to the ageing process used on grapes destined to become sherry in Jerez, Named for the sun-drying process, each whisky in the series has a different colour label, each reflecting a different stage of the grapes’ maturation. This expression has been aged for 10 years in sherry seasoned oak casks and bottled at natural colour, resulting in aromas of vanilla, shortbread and citrus, flavours of vanilla, shortbread, light malt and lemon peel and a lingering sweet and zesty finish. A delicate and subtle style single malt.
