Named in honour of the distillery’s founder, George Smith, this smooth and fruity whsisky is matured in a combination of traditional aged oak and first-fill American oak casks. On the nose: fresh apples, pears, oranges and toffee. On the palate: pears, orange zest, apple, cereal and light oak. The finish: soft, smooth, fruity and clean.
