One of Brazil’s up-and-coming liquor exports, Sagatiba Pura Cachaca is a smooth and flavourful spirit with a richly complex character. A close cousin of Rum, cachaca is made from distilled sugar cane juice: it is un-aged making it White Cachaca and is the base of the famous Caipirinha cocktail. This pure, clear white cachaca can be sipped straight from the freezer like vodka and used in a whole range of Latin American cocktails including the Mojito, Azure Martini and Queen of Bahia.
