This Distiller’s Dram is an expression that has been matured for 16 years in only sherry casks to impart rich, fruity, and fragrant notes atop the intense spirit and balanced complexity synonymous with Mortlach. Bold aromas of oranges, apples, raisins, cinnamon and chocolate are complemented by robust flavours of rich sherry sweetness, raisins, pears, apricots and more chocolate. The finish is long and complex, with walnut, oak, ginger, and sweet chocolate. A dark, full and intense whisky.
