A complex and full-bodied dram made from spirit aged in four types of barrels: ex-Bourbon barrels, small quarter casks, large European oak hogsheads and virgin American oak barrels. Aromas of peat smoke, stewed fruit, almonds, coffee and and medicinal peat are followed by flavour notes of vanilla, smoke, liquorice and butter cookies with a long, spicy and velvety finish.
