The grapes are carefully selected, destemmed, gently pressed and cold maceration. Then go through the process of carbonic maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperatures at 16?C. With bright yellow with green tinges the aroma is very intense and complex with a wide range of tropical fruits and gooseberry characters. The taste is rich and aromatic, with a clean fresh finish and impeccable balance.
