This elegant spirit opens with a rich nose of vanilla, honey and char, laced with orange zest, toasted barley and a whisper of smoke. Hints of cantaloupe, raisins and oak add a layered complexity. On the palate, charred melon blends with caramel and demerara sugar, lifted by lychee, pears and a gentle fruitiness that slowly fades into dried spice. The finish is medium-bodied, warmly embracing notes of pear, caramel and subtle char.
