The flagship expression from the Glenkinchie distillery, one of the stalwarts of the Lowlands and part of the Diageo Classic Malts range. A fantastic introduction to the region, Glenkinchie 12 Year Old shows off the characteristic lightness and grassy elements that Lowland whiskies are known for. The nose is light, floral and aromatic with hints of barley malt, almonds, hazelnuts. citrus and honey while the palate is soft and sweet with desert wine, lemon zest, butter, honey and light oak flavours. A brilliant single malt to enjoy as an aperitif on a warm evening.
