Brooklyn Gin is a super-premium small batch gin from New York made with 100% fresh citrus peels and hand-cracked juniper. Using one Copper Pot Still, founders Emil Jättne and Joe Santos set out to make a high-quality American gin using fresh ingredients and traditional methods. Brooklyn is fresh, complex and full of flavour, featuring bold juniper with strong citrus followed by lavender, star anise and a hint of coriander as well as a smooth, dry finish. Enjoyed mixed with tonic and a squeeze of lime, this is a traditional artisan spirit without compromise.
