The rye grown on our 500 acre VT farm, proofed with water from our well and aged in barrels made from VT oak harvested from our farm. The Warm mellow spices on the nose like allspice and cinnamon with some orangey fruit. It features fresh fruity notes then pungent and spicy with a little tobacco character. Chocolate on the finish but with a nice savoury edge, good length.
